"They did a number of things. Braced and restrapped water heater and ran copper line for pressure relief to outside. Unclogged master toilet and reseated. Bolted down second toilet. Reconnected clothes dryer vent. Repaired air gap/garbage disposal and drain line under kitchen sink, crawled under house and remove galvanized pipe straps and replaced with nylon pipe clamps. I was a contractor and used to do this work, o an very critical. They did an outstanding job. Went the extra mile several times. I was expecting a bill for a higher amount but they stuck with their estimate. I recommend them highly and would use them again!!"

"Ovation Restoration did an excellent job with our home improvement project. In our master bedroom, to take advantage of a fantastic view, they removed a large window from one wall, sealing it up like new, and installed a similar window on another wall. The work was performed quickly and skillfully, with great results. They also turned the double door leading into that room into a single door, creating more space in the room. Concurrently, in the guest bathroom, the old tub was removed, and a beautiful walk-in tiled shower was installed, along with a window with a fantastic view. The project manager Rick was a pleasure to work with, and his team were all professional, conscientious, and friendly. Everything turned out just as we imagined. "We hired Streamline to replace a support beam in our kitchen that was too small. They came out and looked and gave us a quote. They started on time and stayed until the job was done. It took several days, but Mark and Harry were in constant contact and communication with them was great. We didn’t have to worry about the little things that pop up on jobs like this. They did exactly what they promised and even came back a few extra times to make sure it was perfect. Everything about this team was just wonderful. My wife and I are extremely grateful for their effort and would absolutely hire them again "

"I hired this company to renovate a garage that was converted into a family room approx 60 years ago by my parents. The space included a shower, toilet, in small area. After inheriting the house, I hired this company to update the bathroom, which was the original construction 1955, only a cement finish. Additionally, he transformed the family room into a bedroom for myself and added a sink vanity and mirror, installed new doors, and laid tile in the vanity area, bthrm, & shower stall. Before & after pictures will be posted, noting that the before pictures depict the space when it was rented by someone else. "We had our roof replaced and part of the siding on our house replaced in late October/early November. Most importantly, our gutters were severely damaged as part of the roof job and my husband and I have called DaBella a dozen times over the last 4 weeks. We have been told the gutter crew would call us, and told the gutter crew would come out on the coming Saturday, but no one shows up and no one calls back. I keep calling the office back and they have no idea what I’m talking about. My gutters are cracked and spraying water all over the house and walkways and now I’m going to have to pay for them myself because DaBella won’t take responsibility and replace what was working perfectly before this. Also, the sales rep was terrible—we were told to expect 45 minutes for our appointment to have the roof assessed and he over stayed his welcome there for 3 hours babbling on and on trying to up sell and chat. I was clearly getting ready for work and making dinner in the background and he just kept talking and talking about how great DaBella is. He incorrectly told us many things: we were told there would be a post-project inspection, which the office told later that they rarely do that and we must have been told wrong; we were told that we wouldn’t have to start paying the roof loan until we were satisfied with the work, and the bill showed up in the mail before the project was done; we were told everything would be put back together, but the siding crew removed all our light fixtures and said they are not responsible for putting it back up; we were told the whole project would take 2-3 days and it took 2 weeks. I am so angry with this company and I will never recommend them."

"It Went very well. He and his crew were prompt, even coming later when asked. The product was beautiful, a shiny lightly pattered white flooring which added much to our kitchen. Guy is friendly, communicates well, asked our opinion when needed. Will hire again."

"Sales Rep. Joshua from Contra costa county stated they are a good team and they are a team and there's only one pro came and on the first day supposed to come and he was sick so we lost days of work. my husband used a whole vacation week and we lost days . They had multiple call offs and the person that was working . They would not stay whole day . There was days will he come at 9am and left 12nn and stated that how will needed to work other job site. and he wouldn't be at our work site a whole day and complain already multiple times to the project manager Justin rowe. We keep reminding them to put a shoes to protect our floors and we paid so much for the floor and the labor . They had a gasps in the baseboard and everything and already paid 5000 and its original charge 7200 but we thought we had hire a professional work done but we had hire somebody else to fix the job and we paid a lot of money thinking this was the trust worthy company but we took advantage and Justin cared about collecting my husband and needed a check to get the month quota and the job was not done and we are disappointed and we spend a lot of money for this project. WE have picture of the work and everything ."

"Not well, Eddie does not do the work but has young kids who do not speak English do the work. We can not communicate with them because Eddie leaves the premises for periods of time. We could have given him more jobs in other locations but do not like the quality of work. We will not be hiring him again. Thank good it was not a larger project."
