"We called Wildlife Evictors based on a friend's recommendation and were not disappointed. There were multiple raccoons driving us crazy making noise in the soffit area on the back of our house. Shinyan came over, found the entry point and installed an exit door, but some of the raccoons wouldn't leave after mangling the exit door. I suggested he install the exit door where the vent is located, so Shinyan installed the exit door there, and they left shortly thereafter. After we were assured they were definitely gone, Shinyan came back and reinstalled the vent. He repairs the house entry points with metal and paints over the metal to blend in with the house. He is punctual and followed up so I didn't have to call him to come back. We were impressed."

"Bryan was very professional but friendly. He did his job and inspected everything. I do need to address some rust issues on the roof cap but he said we could do that if we wanted, just a matter of using high heat paint. He did give us his cost if we wanted to use him. Also answered other questions I had. Overall, very satisfied and happy with Southeast Chimney. I will use them next year and my sister is getting an appointment also. Canton and Jasper are two places contractors don't like to go because of distance from Atlanta, Alpharetta, etc. Very satisfied. A+."

"Marcus showed up when he said he would and did a complete inspection of the roof and attic and provided an estimate for the roof replacement before he left.  M&C went out of their way to work with my insurance.  They showed up on time and worked hard all day to finish the job the same day!...before more rain hit!  David showed up the next day to finish cleaning up and used a magnet to pick up nails that had fallen into the yard and bushes.  He also completed a few finishing touches that we requested. We are very satisfied with the service, quality and professionalism M & C roofing showed.  Even the staff I spoke with over the phone were extremely friendly and helpful.  Marcus takes his time to explain everything to you and answers all questions.  He does not make you feel like he is in a hurry to get to the next site.  Very respectful group of folks.  Although M & C was not the cheapest quote I received, I feel I made the correct decision in hiring them.  The price was not that much more, but the quality and professionalism was.  The new roof looks great and I am confident my family is protected for years to come!

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. Among the Master Elite contractors in my area I contacted, Peachtree Restorations was the first one to respond, as a matter of fact, Milton Brannon came to our house the very day I requested the estimate. Milton carefully inspected our roof. Based on the inspection, he sat down with us and explained how he would help us to fire the claim with our insurance company (because hail damage was found), educated us on our current shingle, the new building code requirements, the GAF roof products, and the GAF warranty packages, helped us understand each of the steps. He genuinely showed his desire to make us happy with the products and services. Although the insurance claim eventually was denied, Milton helped us at every step through the insurance claim process and did his best representing our interest. He was also very thoughtful as we reviewed the cost estimates, in terms of helping us avoid unnecessary upgrades. He patiently guided us in selecting our preferred shingle type and color, not only provided us with reference photos, but also twice brought to our house the shingle samples. His help was invaluable to us in our decision making, and we greatly appreciate his time and expertise. Milton made a great effort to move up the installation date to fit my travel schedule. The crew was very professional. They meticulously picking up all the nails from the site with the magnetic rollers.
