"We could not be happier with Brandon's work, punctuality, cleanliness, personality, communication, honesty, pricing, and overall character. We actually had contracted to do some extra work for a few thousand. Day 1 of the job, Brandon calls to let us know that we do not need to do the work as he took the time and effort to get other opinions on the installation of a beam. Again, character. He could have easily installed, but he took the time to do right by his customer and that, in our experience, is essentially unheard of. The work he completed for us-on schedule-was more than we could have hoped for. He really does great work, listens to the customer (we are guilty of making many changes and talking far too much), but Brandon is beyond patient and willing to work with you. If you are looking to remodel a kitchen, bath, or in general, look no further than Superior. You are hiring someone who truly cares about his work and the customer. Rare in any business these days. "The grout around the old 4-inch tiles in our little bathroom could not handle the use from 5 people. It was always so hard to clean—beyond help. I couldn’t stand it but I didn’t want a big extensive job because we hope to do a bigger renovation someday. Joe was responsive and listened to what I wanted: nothing fancy—just a solution for now that will be functional and easy to maintain. I don’t like when people try to upsell and there was none of that with Joe. Treating the tiles and installing the tub surround was the right solution for us and he came within a few days. Price was good and I really appreciate that he listened to what I wanted. "I'd been meaning to find a quality plumber more local to me than the one I'd been using and kept putting it off. Disaster struck yesterday when our hot water heater decided to start leaking water everywhere so in a hurry I decided to focus on "local" and not worry on "quality". Luckily I got both, and fast to boot! I've seen friends of mine go through hot water replacement and it always winds up being a multi-day affair, in this case I had someone at my house less than an hour after I called and by the end of the day we were good to go. Angel pointed out a handful of things surrounding our old heater which also needed improvement, not surprising considering our house predates indoor plumbing and things have just been grafted in here and there over the decades. He even pointed out some electrical work that he recommended we look into having done, again not surprising but it was another sign that he cared about quality and is looking out for his customers. I couldn't have been happier with the whole process and am pleased that I've managed to find a quality, local plumber after all."

Four different options were provided, from replacing a leaking faucet to replacing the sink and faucet, with prices for each.

I choose to replace the sink and have a new faucet installed.

The work was documented and completed on schedule.  I'm very happy with the results.

"Highly recommend them. Every step along way was positive! Bill responded immediately to calls, very helpful with questions and reachable by Cell for follow-up. Arrived on time and very professional. We had a plumbing drainage problem; one plumber had visited and felt our exterior drain pipe may have been cracked just outside foundation. Once Callahan excavated the ground open, pipe was not cracked by foundation. Bill showed us one joint to be repaired/adjusted and suggested us hiring a drain cleaning company anticipating tree roots. (Next we hired drain company who got through backup and along with video, found tree roots got through seam but thankfully no cracks in pipe.) With the joint adjusted, we can better monitor if future backup. During project Callahan also secured plywood over area to protect from rain; locked area was not accessible to public. When we called to schedule completion, in spite of us being a small job - again Callahan was available quickly to return. During second visit and refilling, they went above and beyond in also removing and disposing some scraps that were in ground. Thanks again! Highly recommend their services!
