"The central AC for our hotels restaurant was not cooling effectively. RB Refrigeration found the issue quickly which was a burned compressor and was able to acquire the needed parts and repair the system the same day. Amazing service! Johnny came to access and confirmed that I needed an entirely new system (as mine was 30 years old). He was very informative and knowledgeable about the process and the pricing was extremely reasonable than what I have been quoted in the past. "Technician ( Mike McCabe) was friendly, courteous , excellent & professional. The service was provided on the next day after I called. They kept me informed concerning their arrival. The price for the repair ( including a Senior Discount + A $50 OFF coupon ) still did seem a bit high for the amount of work done, but I am not sure what the going rates are. Please note that Gold Medal was the ONLY company to respond to my request. I have used them a number of times in the past and my remarks above were fairly in line with past services. Overall, was very satisfied with the service."
