He was polite and very knowledgeable of what he was doing. He ordered the parts and explained the problem and gave me options. . After ordering the parts he came with another person by the name of Derek and the two of them worked all day in the cold wind and snow inside and out! ( right after this current snow storm -January 2026 .They finished the job very efficiently were neat and clean and they were concerned about my well-being. Both were excellent workers! Fixed my oven door, and my freezer was working when he arrived. He told me not to over crowned or block circulation and to call if it stopped working again. "BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY I purchased a brand-new heating system for $15,000 in September 2025. The system came with a one-year company warranty in addition to the manufacturer?s warranty. Despite being new, the system malfunctioned four times within less than six months ? on December 4, December 6, December 17, 2025, and again on February 14, 2026. Why would a brand-new $15,000 heating system fail four times in less than six months? Each time I called the company, the response was slow. I later learned they do not provide evening, weekend, or emergency service. This was during the heart of winter, and I was completely at their mercy to service a system that was still under warranty.
