"Don patched up the furnace on initial visit so we could keep house at a safe temp while prepping for total unit replacement. Don was very knowledgeable in explaining the latest technology in HVAC replacement and also utilizing available rebates from electric company. New unit is unbelievable how much less it costs to run and it can make our summer home a meat locker on the hottest day, fast. On time work, very respectful of our home and just an all around “good person”. Really liked Don and his work, will definitely use him again."

"Went well. Technicians need to be trained to perform safety procedures for appliances maintenance checks. More training is needed please. Thank you for your service."
