Tim took it upon himself to contact us the following day, to let us know that he could send a technician to our house even sooner, which we thought was pretty awesome. On the rescheduled day, our technician Mike called and let us know when he was 10 or 15 minutes away and he arrived when he said he would. Mike was courteous, friendly and very professional. He completed the job in short order and cleaned up afterward. (We have beige carpeting near the fireplace and you couldn't even tell he had been there-which made my bride very happy.) He answered all of our questions and made some good suggestions regarding the care and maintenance of our unit.
