"Prompt contact, great service, fantastic explanation and advice. Danny was very friendly and took time to explain everything to me. He troubleshot the dishwasher, and we decided it was a bad drain pump. He offered me a choice to either take the old pump apart and try to repair it (may or may not have worked) or to just replace it. I opted to replace. While he was there, he flushed out the lines, replaced my air gap, and even vacuumed the area under the dishwasher. Will definitely call ProServ again in the future and ask for Danny!

However, when the servicemen came he informed me that this was an Angie's List mistake and I would not be getting either of the options. "My fan went out in my condo and I initially called Denver's best heating and ac repair and they misdiagnosed the problem and said my ac capacitor went out. Then I called a second company, Denver premier heating and they said my ac capacitor was fine but my aquatherm unit went out but they didnt work with those, so I called Old School Hvac. Dan was helpful in sending out Tony, and he replaced the capacitor in short time. Granted this building is 50 years old, he was competent and professional and able to fix the problem promptly. I am very pleased with this company and would recommend them to all the people I know."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"We initially tried calling a different company (Beeline). We tried calling 4-5 times and never got through to a receptionist or anything. We left voice mails and used their online free estimate request service. We then found Berrett Pest Control and got through right away. The guy who answered was very helpful and didn't try to oversell. He actually pointed out a few options that were unnecessary for our situation and saved us some money. We were able to schedule the appointment about 4 days after I called (I called on a Friday and they came on Tuesday). On Tuesday our appointment window was from 5-7pm. Around 5:30 the technician, Dale, called me and said that he was about 20 minutes from my house. I greatly appreciated the heads-up so we weren't wondering if we'd be waiting until 7. Dale arrived right on time and came in and explained the whole process and what he'd do to help our carpenter ant situation. He quickly but thoroughly sprayed everything on the inside and outside of our home and was on his way."
