He provided fair estimates and did a great job getting the work done. One job involved replacing two old valves on the main line coming into the house. For this work we needed to coordinate with the water authority to have the water shut off. Adrian was very accommodating while trying to schedule the shut off. "The reason I first hire them is to look at the boiler to reconnect the pipe so I can get it tested. The plumber came and he told me he does not do that work. They lock you in with the deposit and so you use it or loose it. The work that was done was okay. To reconnect two 1.5" drain pipes for $450.00 is a lot of crap. I would not hire anyone that would ask for a deposit, for it is the games that they play. Use it and they still charge you more for the job."

"Extremely satisfied.  Company was responsive (My initial call to them was on Xmas Day when I noticed the sewer backed up in my back yard).  They called me back immediately and  agreed to send someone to look at it the next day (after ansering some questions, we agreed it was not an emergency) - they came the next day as promised and even called prior to their arrival.  The plumber assessed the situation and took pictures to send back to Larry.  I spoke with him and agreed to have them come back on Monday when the equipment  needed to address would be available (needed an extra long hose and camera set up given the location of the cleanout cup).  Each time dealt with the company (Larry) he would call to let me know status and options.  On the day they came, Larry and his associate were at my home at the time promised.  Spent nearly 3 hours and all is well.  So although a bit pricey, well worth it given the responsiveness and professionalism of the company.  Would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

"SILA is never going to be the cheapest but if you want something diagnosed swiftly and fixed or replaced just as quickly, you can't go wrong with these guys. They were the only ones to correctly diagnosis and fix our ailing furnace three years ago, so we trust them. For this problem, they tried to get the old pump into working order (turns out it was the kind that needed to be oiled; the contractor, not SILA, who installed it along with a heavy duty basement dehumidifier, never told us it needed oiling for routine maintenance). The SILA tech did all the diagnostics on the drain hose (no blockage there) and then tried oiling the motor. It was running but not well enough to push the water up the hose and down the drain. A new pump was the last alternative. Within 20 minutes, the SILA tech replaced the pump with one identical to our furnace condensate pump, which never needs oiling. Everything is working fine now! "Couldn't be more pleased with my experience. Had leaks in the bathroom going down into the ceiling of the kitchen from a bad contractor who remodeled the bathroom. Called Ryan & Company to come take a look and the owner Bill came to take a look later that day. Sent out his technician Brandon, who was at our house at 8 AM the next morning to do the repairs. After fixing the leaking shower, we decided he should check the toilet and sink as well to be safe. Sure enough they both had leaks as well, Brandon was able to fix all three leaks very quickly and even did some extra caulking to enhance the appearance.
