"Able Service Co. South responded to my inquiry immediately and actually was able to repair my dryer the same day! The cost was very reasonable. I was surprised because my dryer is 20 years old and I was afraid I would have to buy a new one. Larry is very personable and a pleasure to do business with. I certainly would recommend his company for appliance repair!"

"Within the last several years, this is the 4th time we've had Action Appliance come out to service our appliance needs - once for our washer, once for our dryer, and twice for our oven. Each time - from scheduling to repair - they've been honest, pleasant, helpful, professional, thorough, and reasonably priced. They also keep detailed records, which they review prior to performing any repairs, and they have never tried to "sell" us on something we didn't need. I have recommended them to others in the past and will continue to do so."

"I found Frando to be very pleasant, efficient, and courteous. He listen to my concerns and worked o. My dryer until he identified the problem. I mistakenly over paid him and when I made him aware he immediately returned the overpayment. So I find him very honest."

"Turned out that the fix was simple -- but we wouldn't have known what to do without advice from the technician. Really appreciate the service and expertise! Only complaint was that the tech took unnecessary time asking about products we use in the dishwasher. We have no complaints about the quality of washing and drying we are getting, and we're committed to using products that don't scratch or perfume our dishes or harm the water supply. Technician asked what we use and told us to "throw that away" and use recommended products. I can understand that certain products are recommended with certain makes of appliances -- but it would have taken 20 seconds to tell us what the recommended products are without having our choices criticized. Overall, we were thrilled to be able to get sound advice/help over the phone. Thank you for offering this service! And we will definitely call again if we run into trouble."

"Saved me from having to buy a new washer!” My washing machine wasn’t draining properly and I thought I’d need to replace it. Andre was able to troubleshoot the problem within minutes and got it fixed on the first visit. He also gave me tips on how to maintain it so it lasts longer. LuxeFix is now my go-to for all appliance repairs."
