"VERY PLEASED WITH SERVICE, ALTHOUGH WE ARE NOT REPAIRING THIS APPLIANCE AT THIS TME."

"Very professional and extremely helpful! Even gave me tips on how to keep my applicances running better. 10 out of 10 recommend! Will call these folks for any of my appliance repair needs in the future."

"Serviceman arrived on time and promptly listened to me explain my problem. I had also purchased the part to repair it ahead of time. After checking the dryer he informed me that the very expensive part I had purchased would not be needed and hope I could get my money back. He fixed my dryer checked my washer and gave me extra safety tips for my appliances and my house. No fee for these tips just good service to a customer. Service call and repair was cheaper than the part I purchased."

"The company was knowledgeable, friendly and they have excellent customer service. They are fairly priced."

"This was a great experience.  I wish all contractors conducted their business like Fritz.  He responded promptly to my request for a quote.  His price was reasonable.  He and his crew showed up when they scheduled and completed the job quickly and beautifully.  I've attempted to resurface concrete floors myself and understand how difficult this job is.  My garage floor had one significant crack and many bad places which Innovative made virtually disappear.  I'm very pleased with the result.  Fritz even provides a trailer to store all of the garage contents while the floor is drying.  This is a first class operation.

"The technician was punctual and knowledgeable. Alamo appliance repair services is an excellent service for appliances. He did not leave until he had resolved the issue which did not take long."

"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."

"Mr. Shaffer completed everything to our satisfaction. The work was done efficiently and we were happy with the reasonable price. Mr. Shaffer himself completes the work. He's a pleasant person and very professional. I'd refer this gentleman to others and I plan to use his services in the future."
