"Originally I called for a diagnostic of my AC unit, which was doing a terrible job cooling my house. Nikita did the diagnostic-turns out the coolant was leaking, a coil needed to be replaced, and not to mention the thing was from the 1990's. We decided to replace and upgrade it, as well as our furnace, since we froze last winter (turns out it was badly rusted on the inside and emitting CO into the house, which NO ONE found last winter (had it looked at by 4 different people and everyone said there was nothing wrong except that the BTU's were too small for the size of the house). Roy was so awesome, because even though they couldn't schedule us for the next 3 weeks, he made sure we stayed cool-he filled up the coolant and came over to the house a couple times when the AC stopped working. I will be keeping him as our heating and cooling guy!"

"Installation of new heat pump system was completed as contracted by competent technicians who were careful with our property. They were punctual and very courteous. They were also the lowest estimate."

"Chris, the owner, was very knowledgeable about the type of furnace we needed, as well as could afford. He knew how big it should be for the size of the house. We have been using it this winter and even in the coldest period, it kept the temperature perfect. Chris did the install in minimal time and with professionalism. He even put in a flap, so that if we wanted to use our wood furnace it would close off the gas furnace flu, so the electronics would not overheat. We were very comfortable with him in our home."

"I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."

"The serviceperson checked the refrigerator, determined what was wrong, ordered a new control panel, came back a week later and installed it. Also noticed a small leak I did not know about. Ordered the part and installed it when he returned. Refrigerator now works fine. Excellent service at a reasonable price."

"Dan the electrician was very informative and punctual. He worked through previous install issues was aware of the time and cost and did everything possible to keep the cost down."

"- Good service. - Competitive (but still expensive) pricing. - Clean install & met their timelines. Respected my home and surroundings during the install."

"Austin and his team were great to work with. Austin listened to what we wanted in the 3 season room and the final product far exceeded what we envisioned. We spend more time in the addition now than the rest of the house! His attention to detail and craftsmanship resulted in a well built addition to our home and we are thankful that we selected his company."

"They did an okay job. They spent more time looking for the right tools and stuff than they did actually doing the job. They got the faucet installed properly. They have to make sure everything is working before they leave. They turned the water of and never turned it back on. I had to kind of trouble shoot that myself."
