We had to have our existing partially finished basement demolished so we could have french drains and a sump system put in, as well as a geothermal heating/cooling installation accomplished, after having an existing oil burning furnace and radiant heating system removed. "Precision Remodeling completed an entire kitchen and master bath remodel along with new flooring in the dining room, foyer, laundry room and powder room for us in a little over 2 months of construction time. If you include everything from contract signature it was approximately 4 months total for gutting of kitchen and master bath, selecting all cabinetry, tile, hardwood, granite, etc... and putting it all back together. His team and his subs were very professional, kept to schedule, and were responsive to concerns. They kept the area clean every day. Like with any construction project there were minor hiccups along the way for example the cabinet sub delivering wrong size shelves but he worked to get the right size quickly, kept us informed of progress, and made sure it was completed prior to Thanksgiving which was my requirement. If it hadn’t been for the shelves it would have been completed by end of October. When he gave the estimate he explained what was included and what was the basis of the estimate. He explained the cost drivers of our selection of materials and risk areas such as when they removed the bulkhead there might be more electrical and plumbing to move than estimated. We are very happy with the results of the entire project."
