"We chose Nick from Shortfix to repair our dishwasher, which had a blocked drain. This happened on a Saturday and, not surprising, many firms are closed for the weekend. Nick was available, so we scheduled an appointment and he arrived at the appointed time. He went right to work and promptly completed the necessary work. Nick was very courteous snd professional. "Jaime promptly responded to my call for an estimate to fix a hole in the wooden siding of my house that surrounded a window.   He  originally told me that it would be a few weeks before he could come out and do the job, but within a week, I got a call that he had a job cancelled and could be out the next day.  He removed all the wood siding that surrounded the window, replaced it and painted it to match the house.  He had to take down part of a wooden fence, the gutters and the downspout in order to get to the work area and everything was put back together exactly as it was before the project started.  Jaime is easy to work with and does a high quality job.  He is conscientious about his work site and how he leaves the area when the work is completed.  I would highly recommend him and will certainly call him again for our next project.

"Unfortunately not good. I had to put in a service call on three different occasions for the same appliance. Once in July, then again in August and in October. Each time I had to pay the service fee of $75.00. If it was repaired properly I would not have to continually call for repairs. However I do feel that this problem falls on the company that was contracted not Choice Home Warranty!"
