In addition, when grouting, he found a defective tile he hadn't caught, removed it and replaced it and you would never know it had happened. "It went very well, the installers were on time, courteous, and got the job done. Took them a day and a half to complete the job. Very happy with the windows! They are a great improvement over the old double pane metal windows we had. We would have ice on the inside of the windows in the winter and bad condensation causing some Sheetrock issues. These windows were installed Dec. 2, 2014. Haven't had any condensation issues since the install and have used less propane than usual for heating. Wasn't sure if we would like the casement windows but we do, they are so easy to open and the windows look so much bigger, and they are supposed to be more energy efficient. We had a couple of issues after install and The Womble Company ordered replacement parts without even coming back out to check, just sent them a picture and it was taken care of. They were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend them. One reason we went with this company was they have been in business so long, thought that was a good indicator of their product and service. <br />"

"The services performed resulted in a very beautiful and functional game room area.  My wife and I are very pleased with the work.  Roger, his primary employee, Dave, and all of the sub contractors he used were outstanding.  For example, the texture blends and paint matches were exceptional.  The travertine floor is perfect.  Cabinets were of of good quality and as ordered.  The carpet was modified and replaced for a nice cost savings.  Our new room appears that it was always configured in its current state. Roger was very accessible, genuinely attempted to address all of our requests and was very easy to work with."

We needed to have the house reroofed because we received a excellent offer on the home but it was contingent on the reroofing.  </p> <p>I had heard many good things about EL Construction.  I contacted the owner Eddie Layba and he had a very competitive estimate, but more importantly he would start that day or the next.  I was glad to know that EL Construction was a licensed roofing contractor, bonded, and insured.  I discovered that they contract on very large projects, but also handle smaller projects like mine.   The company is very efficient and take pride in they're work and customer service.</p> <p>They used the best material, cleaned up the yard after removing the multiple layers of old roof, put down a high quality underlayment, reroofed the house, with new drip mental, added two greatly needed wind turbine wind vents, and I noticed they also repainted all the stand pipes coming out of the roof to match the new roof.</p> <p>I also appreciated that the work crew had a great attitude, very upbeat, civil, and diligent.</p> <p>Wow!
