Our A/C went out at 10pm and I made one phone call to Service Star they diagnosed the issue over the phone and told me what I needed to do in order to have our unit run efficiently overnight. Our coil was leaking and unit was frozen. Since our unit was 10 years old we opted to replace the entire unit including exterior and interior with new WiFi digital thermostat. They walked us through the most energy efficient option for our home. They came out early today and installed the new unit! Talk about SERVICE! WOW! The unit was installed in under 4 hours and my house began cooling instantly. WHAT a difference this unit makes and we are super impressed with how quite it is. We are THRILLED! "At the appointment call I was treated with kindness and professionalism and was given a timely appointment and was told I would receive a conformation text from the technician and an email from CA which I did, I also got a text from the tech when he was on the way of which he arrived in the appointment window. The tech, Sean, was polite, considerate, knowledgeable and well prepared. I was not charged a service call because in my particular circumstance. Sean, after taking the time to analyze the fault, informed me that I needed to contact the company who installed the unit to fix the problem.
