They helped rebuild my 30 year old pool, and have been performing the maintenance on it since. Absolutely AMAZING team of individuals! You won’t find anyone more responsive or knowledgeable than Justin. I can call or text him any time, day or night, and he’s right on top of it. Their team worked with my landscape designer to rebuild our pool. It looks, in a word, spectacular! The amazing part though, is that I know what you can’t see. I know the work they did to install all new plumbing, equipment, bonding , structure, liner and more. These guys know their stuff and don’t cut corners. "The experience was excellent. I would recommend Schultz bros. to anyone looking to have work done. He arrived on time for both the appointments - estimate and service. We went through the job to discuss what I need to have done and how that could be achieved with to my satisfaction. On the installation day, we re-confirmed the plan and he went to work. As the problem arose, which they always do when doing old work(replacing or installing in older homes) we discussed what to do and how to solve the problem. In the kitchen, we had to install a second GFCI in a double box to get the proper amount of room for wires. The rest of kitchen installation went as planed. For the bathroom GFCI, he had to pull wires to attic, run them over to the bathroom and drop them down the wall. The bathroom installation was pretty straight forward, but was time consuming. After completing the work he checked circuits and finished cleaning up, he also clean up as he work to keep the mess to a minimum. He finished on time and was within quoted price. I was very happy with the quality of the work and his professionalism.

"I was searching Home Warranty providers after a bad experience with my 7 year, soon to be terminated "former" Fidelity Home Warranty service provider. Warranty service providers are essential, for they step in and "act" when life deals you an "Oh Crap" situation like your refrigerator suddenly quits. Every high dollar appliance in a home has a life span that will end whether your prepared for it or not. It's a common occurance that leads to unexpected higher debt concerns while you frantically attempt to save your food from going bad. Got a minimum of $1,700 to get a new one? A truck or a really good friend to borrow theirs to pick it up? Plus time to allow it to achieve proper temperature to transfer your temp sensitive food! Well if you haven't experienced this type of event, in your life, you will! I began by doing some easy research online like searching for best Home Warranty providers. I put some inquiries out to prospective providers and as expected, the sales calls began to ring on my phone. They all have why "they" are the best provider - so take notes and compare policies. Ask whether they cover swimming pools, septic systems, roof repairs etc. So my phone rings with an out-of-state area code and it's Zach from Choice Home Warranty. While on the call, this enthusiastic salesman hit all the "trigger" items I was looking for; *Annual Service Price *Price per claim deductable *Response time You know, all the "need to know" info that helps you make an informative decision. I started paying $550/year 7 years ago in 2014 with my old service provider. The per claim fee was $65. Today in 2022, it's $710/year and $85/claim. Was it worth it you ask? If I figure the math, my total cost over 7 years and only 4 claims was $4,450 or $636/year. This cost paid to replace my pools salt cell and chlorine generator ($1,800 in parts alone), 2 separate Air Conditioner repairs which replaced the coil fan motor, a circuit board replacement, system coil cleansing, relays and a capacitor. (No idea of how much my total cost would have been. I paid $65 twice. Nice huh?) 1 roof repair that replaced the "Cricket", which is a 15' roof section elevational change just below the ridge line. It's important to remember that these repairs don't include "hidden costs" which are personnel and service labor rates. Something you will pay for without a Warranty Service. Here's the best part of the call from this AWESOME salesman. He offered me 6 year "fully transferable", rate locked for life" service policy that when divided out by 6 is LESS THAN WHAT I WAS PAYING ANNUALLY, 7 YEARS AGO!!! So, is a Home Warranty plan a safe bet??? I have a 9 word answer for those without a Choice Home Warranty service plan. YOU BET YOUR DRIPPING SWEATY BUTT CRACK IT IS!!! Props to Zach, YOU DA MAN!!! "Contacted "CA Bros Pool services" and they came out to the house at no cost to check and help me get an understanding of the state of the pool and servicing. Till that time I had no knowledge of pool, I was very happy as they took their time educating me for every details. They went through complete overhauling of the pool, by sand blasting, tiling, coping and new complete plastering of SPA and the pool. They explained and suggested regarding pump, filters, chlorinate and cleaners for the pool. Contact person was Eddie, and he is very knowledgeable and professional, and did me a huge favor by mentoring me to become my own pool guy. I can always call him for any question/ suggestion, and he is happy to assist anytime. Will highly recommend him for any pool related services."

"I bought the deal for 4hrs/1 person or 2hrs/2 people. However I got 3 people for 1hr 20minutes. It just wasn't enough time unfortunately. The work they did do was very well done and immaculate. They cleaned up everything as they went. It was like the weeds never existed. I asked them to bring a lawn mower but they forgot. The job did not get completed before they had to leave which was disappointing. If they had remembered the mower, I'm sure I would've given them all As. Oh well."
