He explained the work that needed to be done and provided an equally detailed proposal. A few weeks later, David arrived on-time and did the work without any surprises. Valor Chimney, like the other companies that came out were C.S.I.A certified, but Valor's price was better and David is the owner, so I think the quality and integrity is better because of this fact."

"Wotjek and his crew did an excellent job. We had them remove two short accent walls on the front of our home. After the removal, they used the old bricks to repair the corners so that you would never know that they had ever been any other way. The removal and repair where there had been an old window box was also done. They cleaned all the unused bricks and stacked them in our garage so we would have matching bricks should we ever need to replace or repair any of our masonry. He was very responsive and punctual. He came back to acid wash the mortar and we all agreed the mortar color wasn't what it should be. He has promised to return after winter to grind out and replace the mortar. This is fine with us and we trust that he will keep his promise. I will report back after that is completed. I highly recommend his work. We would hire him again if needed.

"There was a little confusion at first about the color of shingles, but that was worked out right away. They did a tear off of bad sections of the roof and replaced rotted plywood. Where the skylight is, they took care to use quality materials to prevent leakage around the perimeter and where the roof flattened out they used roll roofing to prevent seepage. They did a good job of cleaning up afterwards and removing the old material. The foreman explained to me what they were going to do beforehand and let me know why they would need to bring in extra plywood. I am very happy with the job that they did and would highly recommend them.
