Choosing a window and installer was a nerve-wracking process since the people from the three companies who previously quoted left me wondering if anyone understood the window installation industry. But when Jon came out he immediately answered all my questions, explained the entire window removal and installation process, arranged for the certificate of insurance and the village permit. My windows arrived earlier than anticipated which was great and Mark called me to set up an installation time. I was extremely impressed with how efficiently Juan and Juan coordinated the work between themselves, graciously answered many questions I asked, and completed the job and cleaned everything beautifully way sooner than I anticipated. I had them over to clean my gutters and I witnessed ladders slamming against the side of my house and they tore one of the edges from the corner of my roof with their step ladder. I will not use them going forward."
