They explained the whole process ahead of time, gave me an estimated time of completion, it did run a little over the estimated time due to several damaged panels. The technician had to return to the warehouse to exchange the damaged panels. During that time the other technician continued the installation with the damaged panels instead of waiting, which was smart. When the technician returned with the new panels, all they had to do was replace the panels. Excellent job! The garage door is extremely quiet, when opened manually.
