Then I paid, and I never saw him again--and he still needed to clean up and finish, taking apart the brackets around the area where the concrete was poured, cleaning up the roots they'd chopped up, and so on. When I called about it, he said he'd be over, but when the time came, he said was in the area, but couldn't find my house. After calling back and forth, he said he still couldn't find it, (keep in mind they'd been here several times already doing the job) and said he'd get back to me, and he didn't. I texted him a map, photos of the house, the street sign nearby, but nothing for almost a week. Then I got another call saying they'd be over "today or tomorrow," and that was a week ago and the last I've heard."

They should be honest to say when repairs are necessary and when they are not. The guy who showed up was nice and professional and was on time. There was a decent response time."

He explained what was happening when it was happening or, when we had a lot of rain, why it wasn't happening. He was very good at coming over to make sure that all his workers were doing just what they were supposed to be doing, so he kept a close eye on the progress. His pricing was good. "It went well, they called me to do a follow up with me about the last job I had done and if there was anything else i needed that they had a ceiling fan special going on right now so i said yes i actually have a ceiling fan i need installed and a bedroom door i need looked at so they came the next day and did the repairs to my door and installed my fan. They also come in on time and with friendly services."
