"I think one thing I like best was that they came out and gave me a quote for free. They even broke down my quote into individual projects because money is tight right now and I wasn’t sure if I could afford all of the repairs I needed all at once. I picked the repair job I could afford and they had some time available and went ahead and got it knocked out — in less than an hour. After repairing two of my electrical outlets the technician realized that my other outlet issue was probably the same (easy to fix) problem and went ahead and fixed all of the outlets that needed repair for the original lower priced quote for a one room fix. They are coming back out next week to add an outside GFI outlet. Service was quick! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs electrical work."

"The equipment was delivered promptly, and the installers arrived shortly after. Chris Hardin and Anthony were the installers. They were very experienced, well trained, knowledgeable, and did top quality work. Both were polite, personable, and treated me with respect. I tend to be a perfectionist and must say if I would have had the skills to do this job myself, I could not have done any better. I have never seen such good quality for any heating and air conditioner replacement in other homes I have owned. In addition to replacing the furnace and air conditioner units, some other items that were replaced were: suction and liquid lines, the exterior breaker box, condenser pad, furnace vent, insert in the vent going up the chimney, and the condensation pump and hose. The old furnace was situated such that there was not much room to change the air filter and perform maintenance. The new furnace was repositioned to eliminate that problem. This involved rerouting the electrical cable to the furnace switch and partially extending the gas line. My previous coil was never a tight fit over the furnace and therefore, cool and warm air escaped. Special care was taken to tightly mount the new coil and thoroughly seal it with silicone. Some insulation was even used around ducts nearby. All the old equipment, including the condenser pad, was hauled away. The work area was cleaned up well after completion."
