"In our three bedrooms, Switch Electric installed new electrical ceiling boxes, appropriate controls, and ceiling fans (with lights). We also had them convert three outlets from being switched to unswitched. Also, in one room, we had them add a dimmer and a track lighting ceiling box. (We then installed the track lighting ourselves.) Additionally, per Redmond electrical code, then install arc-fault protection. The work required working in the attics. We supplied the fan/lights (from Seattle Lighting in Bellevue). They charged no dispatch fee and were in the middle on price compared to two other estimates. They were also the only one to include the legally required Redmond electrical inspection. On the workday, they arrived with a team of three in the morning. Their work was professional and neat. We noticed two small problems caused by miscommunications. They cheerfully come back for an hour and fixed the problems. The work passed Redmond inspectional easily. We love the fans and the lights and highly recommend Switch Electric."

"Above & beyond performance on new electric panel. A problem occurred the next day which caused 3 blackouts within 30 minutes; I called my Client Rep & the office, who promised an electrician that same morning. Well, the electrician - my Client Rep - was at my home within the hour after a 40-minute drive! Yes, he did fix the problem and it has been fine since. Also, the electrician team installed new lights in previously dark rooms (2-story garage, master bedroom, breakfast nook, AND heirloom chandeliers in a two-story ceiling! They even checked the wiring on the chandeliers! They fixed a non-working heat register and replaced a switch on the disposal. "Gosh, i just can't say enough good things. I needed to have some dedicated outlets installed in our garage and also to have our circuit box looked as since I was convinced they whole thing needed to be replaced due to the age of our house. I reached out to several different companies who were either months out, never responded or no-showed completely. Joseph called me back ASAP, admitted he was booked out but asked me to text him photos of the areas of concern. He quoted me based on the photos and then came out quickly since it was a job with a quick turnaround. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and funny. The work was done in short time and he even looked at a potential hazard and remedied that for me. After turning the gas off and draining the tank, I called Seatown based on a referral from Puget Sound Energy and their solid reviews here on Angi. Scheduled the appointment over the phone. Communication was smooth & easy. Received a text 2 hrs before arrival and then 30 minutes out. It included a photo & short bio of the plumber which I thought was a nice touch, both for safety reasons & ‘cause it’s nice to treat people like they’re not anonymous drones. Chris & apprentice Jeffrey arrived promptly. Gave me clear info on options & prices, I approved the bid and they set to work installing a new 50 gal, natural gas powered Bradford White tank storage water heater. I opted for the model with the 10 yr warranty rather than the 6. They were efficient, thorough and personable. Went above & beyond, re-routing a water line and repairing a janky exhaust vent that they thought the city inspector might not like. They even shop vaced the cobwebs from the space before installing the new tank, bless ‘em. Chris explained maintenance requirements, how to read the control panel & use emergency shut offs. Seatown takes care of city permits (my city requires one) which I appreciated. Work was begun around 11 & I had hot water by 3:30. Payment was due upon completion and I got a senior discount. Price was competitive with other companies’. They hauled away the old tank and all packing materials and left a very clean worksite. All in all, a good product, well delivered."

"G&S did an excellent job installing our new furnace and AC unit. The best thing about G&S is that they warranty for 1 year. The circuit board in our furnace failed within a couple of months (no fault of G&S). Manufacturers warranty would cover the parts cost but G&S repaired and covered labor cost under their warranty. Also they diagnosed the issue and repaired very quickly. Definitely A++ installation and service."

"I would highly recommend going through Freedom Systems for all of your security needs.  Jimmie came out and gave me a quote for a new security system and a high def camera system, he really knows his stuff.  We decided to forgo the camera system since we were able to integrate a camera into the security system.  Even though they were busy and short one installer, they went above and beyond to get our security system installed within a week.  The installers were quick, efficient and didn't leave a mess. There was an equipment malfunction, but they came back out next day to replace the part.  I am extremely happy with the whole experience.

"The job went excellent. Shay repaired about 100 lineal feet of fencing that had blown down. He placed new posts in new concrete. Did all new framing and even got me a great deal on the fence boards from a local supplier rather than paying over double at the big box stores. He really cares about doing a great job and is meticulous and makes sure everything is done right instead of trying to rush through it. I woukd absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for work done around their home or property. I'll be hiring him to rebuild my deck this spring as well!"

"Ryan came out promptly to give me a bid for a Solatube. The person on the phone had told me that they carry the necessary pieces if I chose to go with their bid and could install it on the spot. I accepted the bid and Ryan installed the light in less than 90 minutes. Ryan is very polite and professional. He did an excellent job. He left no debris or any evidence of work done, except for the Solatube.  I highly recommend this company. I love the light that fills what was a very dark room. The difference is amazing!
