Vincent had the new spring with him and he went right to work replacing the broken spring. Vincent examined the rest of the door and the door opener to be sure it was all in working order. I was so impressed! Vincent did not try to get me to fix unnecessary parts of the garage door or the garage door opener as other techs tried to do. "I used Home Advisor late Tuesday afternoon to find a contractor. Brian called me immediately to confirm my needs and provide pricing. He also advised that he could have a technician at my home on Saturday to replace the door. I called Brian on Wednesday morning to confirm the install. He checked door and parts availability and told me he would have a technician at my home by mid-afternoon. Brett (technician) called me at 3:30 to tell me he was running a little behind but would arrive at 4:30. He arrived on time and immediately began removing the existing door and installing the new door. He was finished by 5:30. I had an existing opener on another door that was causing problems. Brett looked at it and determined that it needed to be replaced. He finished replaced the opener in less than an hour and was on his way by 6:30. Both Brian and Brett represented American Garage Door in grand fashion and I would highly recommend this company and their service to all that have issues with garage doors and / or openers.
