"The repair man did a good job on one of two sensors on the garage door attached to the home. He didn?t even check the opposite sensor which continues to give us a problem."

"Thought we needed a complete door replacement, but Alamo Garage Doors provided an honest assessment that only the opener needed upgrading."

"Vincent arrived on time and came with everything he needed to complete the repair on my garage door. Vincent saw what needed to be done, he explained what was needed to be fixed (the big spring above the garage door had broken and the bar had slipped down) AND he gave me a reasonable price. Vincent had the new spring with him and he went right to work replacing the broken spring. Vincent examined the rest of the door and the door opener to be sure it was all in working order. I was so impressed! Vincent did not try to get me to fix unnecessary parts of the garage door or the garage door opener as other techs tried to do. Vincent was friendly, knowledgeable and a real gentleman. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs projects done at their home. It was pleasure meeting him and I would hire him again."

"A real nice job installing our new garage door and opener. Price was the best and quality was even better."

"He was curtious, show up on the appointed to give me an estimate and then later the same on the install. I was not home at the time so he came back that evening to show me how to operate the garage door after hours. On top of that, what he offered and the price was also the best from my other quotes from the other 4 garage companies. I had 2 companies that didn't even follow up after they came to give me an estimate. He offered what I ask/want instead of trying to up sale the product."

"I called and was scheduled an appointment within 2 days; great! My technician Cameron was absolutely OUTSTANDING! He quoted me prior to any work, explained in detailed the issue, provided a walkthrough of what he would do to remedy the problem and then fixed it.... that day. This included the replacement of a 10-12 foot bar I assumed would require me to make another appointment for him to replace. No, he came prepared with all tools and parts needed to complete the job without a repeat visit! Job WELL DONE A++! I felt secure leaving him unattended in the garage to finish the work and when I walked into the garage I always found him working, not on his phone like other repairmen I have had. Cameron was professional and courteous. He was not annoyed that I asked questions and even made suggestions about future repairs that I could make to avoid costly ones later down the road, like preventative maintenance. I have no idea if this is company training or just a good technician. Judging by the rating other customers have given though I can safely assume this is mostly good hiring techniques and training in combination with a great tech. My only regret is I did not call them sooner and that they do not build storage sheds. I will be recommending this company, specifically Cameron, to anyone needing garage door installation or repairs. I hope they let me know if they build storage sheds in the future and other honey-do stuff I was tasked with by the wife"

"The repairman, Garrett, did an excellent job in fixing my garage door. He replaced the springs and rollers. He explained to me how the mechanical part of the door operates. Very personable. I would recommend him and his company to anyone needing repairs on their garage door."

"He was here within the hour and solved the issue that morning. New garage door opener is working great!"

"We could not be more impressed with All-Pro Garage Doors Services Inc. - Brandon Howell! We recently had four new garage doors and garage door openers installed at our Gulf-front home, and from start to finish, Brandon was absolutely exceptional. He removed our existing doors, installed the new ones, and handled every detail with the kind of professionalism and care that you simply don’t encounter very often anymore. What stood out most was how accessible and genuinely helpful Brandon was throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer every question we had - without hesitation and made sure we understood everything before, during, and after the installation. He was knowledgeable, dependable, respectful of our home, and clearly took pride in doing the job right. When you are trusting someone with a major project at your home, you want a contractor who shows up, communicates, follows through, and genuinely cares about the finished product.
