I enjoy meeting new people and building connections.

"The project turned out to be more difficult than expected, no shock there! Seems to be my luck with appliances. He worked diligently, asked for help when he wasn't sure, kept his cool and pleasant demeanor during a very frustrating job. I am very appreciative of all he did."

"The job went well.  They were on time, conscientious, responsive and responsible.  Their estimate was thorough and comprehensive.  They have been available for any questions or problems that occurred since the job was complete.  They replaced two malfunctioning dehumidifiers promptly and at no cost."

"The repairs went well and the people they sent were professional and stayed on the job until I was satisfied. Their limits do not cover the cost of major repairs but it is still cheaper than paying the total myself. They are prompt to respond that they are working on my work order. I live in a rural area and they have problems at times finding someone who will work with them in my area. The do offer to allow me to get the repairs done and they will reimburse. The one problem I had that made me unhappy was when my microwave broke they offered very little to replace it. AND, they would not replace it themselves nor do the installation as my contract stated they would."

"Very well. Robert Alexaner was very responsive, courteous and answered our call within an hour. He came within a short time on 12/20/2021 - following all CDC guidelines. He diagnosed the problem which was the replacement of heating element - gave us the estimate - followed by his next visit on 12/22/21 - and fixed the problem within a very short time. He was very professional, courteous, and seemed knowledgeable about his trade. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing Washer/Dryer repair !"

I think it was the air conditioner that went out. They replaced it, the whole thing. They were recommended to us by somebody who's been with them for years. And, like thank god because a year later the damn air conditioner went out. So we were able to use it."

"Andy replaced our entire kitchen subfloor for less than half the price quoted by other contractors. Very professional, friendly, and great at what he does. I would highly recommend him to anyone and will definitely call him for any future needs."

"Through Porch Services I hired Fix It All Appliance Repair to install my over-the-range microwave oven. Nick was very professional and prior to hiring him he told me exactly what the job would cost, so there were no surprises. Since he came on his own he did need an extra set of hands to take down the old microwave and put up the new one, but again, he asked that I have someone at home to help him with these quick tasks. I was very satisfied with the work."
