"The initial contact was by phone and my call was promptly returned.  I was given pricing for installing the gas line and descaling the water heater over the phone.  A second call was necessary to establish the appointment.  This was my decision, not Lowcountry's.   <br /> Lowcountry arrived on time for the appointment.  They assessed what it would take to install the gas line for a gas stove.  They then took the time to thoroughly explain what it would take to perform the job.  Once the job was completed, everything was cleaned and the the  stove was returned to its original location.   The installation of the gas line took approximately 2 hours to complete. <br /> The tankless hot water descaling went very smoothly.  Once again, I was given an explanation of what was going to happen and the everything was returned to an operating condition.  I was advised to prolong the life of the water heater that it was a good idea to descale the unit at least once a year.   I do believe I am noticing a difference in the way the water heater is performing.  The descaling took approximately 75 minutes for this first time.  Future descalings should take about 45 minites. <br /> I high recommend Lowcountry Plumbing.  They are very professional and very courteous.  I was made to feel I added value to the entire process. <br />"

We had faucets , shower heads, water heater all replaced and he installed our gas line for our gas fireplace and he repaired a leak under our home. He understands how to seal up the underbelly of a modular home after a repair. Dan is a first class plumber and is very efficient and alway cleans up afterwards.. I recommend him 150% for any plumbing job.."
