"My ~ 20 year old Maytag clothes dryer moved some grey felt near the drum to just inside the drum. Called Bold & Short to have them look at it. They did that and more, giving the mechanical part a thorough inspection. The belt was frayed and one of the pully wheels was not fastened, but had not moved out of position. They had to order parts (old dryer). The parts came in in 2 days and they came out to install them that day and fix the felt problem. I am a happy camper. When my refrigerator, clothes washer or dishwasher have problems I'll definitely call them."
