They did that, and were flexible enough with time to service my furnace and A/C unit. They found a problem with the condenser unit, which could have meant bad news had it gone out during a summer heatwave. I had them replace the unit. Potential problem solved. They backed up all of their work with photos and explanations of the issues. Made it very easy to do the replacements without feeling something “shady” was going on. He made an appointment to return the following Monday at 9a He had to get in line to pick up a replacement unit at 7a - warehouse. Again he showed up about 8:55a got the new unit up and running by 10:20a. It was appreciated because the heat wave hit us, and the repair/replacement was very timely. Excellent work.
