He was very thorough and showed me how the drains were configured which caused undue stress on the joints between the various drain pipes (sink, disposal, dishwasher). He reconfigured everything, put new seals on made sure all of the lines were free of any items that could potentially cause a blockage, especially the dishwasher drain that he vacuumed out. Over all I am very satisfied with the quality of service and professionalism."

I called ZOOM DRAIN and spoke with Brooke. She was a great help. James and Josh showed up on time the next day and did their magic. They replaced six feet of the broken drainage pipe. And we were 100% fixed. They even caulked the solvent welded new pipe fittings to add extra protection from future tree root damage. I avoided the full house-to-street tractor trenching done by my neighbors. I felt treated like FAMILY by all from ZOOM DRAIN! I thought their pricing was more than fair for the work involved.
