He came by and diagnosed my problem without charging a service fee. He was very thorough and was not in a rush. His price was fair. He gave his professional opinion and did not try to "sell" me products that were not needed when I inquired about a water softener for my house. Great guys both him and his partner. I *knew* I had some extra work needed (like replacing a shut-off valve that was leaking). I'm always fearful of these "deals" that then rope you into more money. Not here -- $45 extra to weld and replace a shut-off valve was insane. 3 hours of super and honest work, including having to MOVE my spigot (drilling, more piping, etc) and so easily done. It is VERY hard to get a good contractor (electrician, plumber, etc) to come out and do minor-size jobs and happy to do it. I will have him back to do more work!"
