"I've got some really old berber carpet and it's seen a lot fo wear, pets, some leaks, etc. Overall it went well. Hue came out and inspected the stain I had and explained that it needed more than just steaming because it had browned already. He treated the spot and cleaned it and everything looks great now. I had him out a second time to clean the carpets completely and he did a thorough job. I had a few spots that didn't dry well and he came back and re-cleaned those and left fans on it extra time to make sure it dried."

"We were extremely satisfied with the result.  Our floors look completely new.  They did a lot of repairs, replaced broken pieces, filled gaps, sanded old wood thoroughly, added new flooring in the closet, applied 2 coats of stain, 2 coats of Polyurethane.  They worked with my schedule. Father and son work together.  They are reliable and work extremely hard.  I highly recommend them.

"I have wall to wall besides my kitchen and foyer. They were very good. I think their prices are fair, I have never had it done before, but they do it per square foot and I saw where others charge for it and it seems to be the same. They also clean a small rug too and don't charge me for that. I think it is a standard, fair price because it seems to be like what everyone else charges. I have been very happy with them. I may use them again, but I don't know if I would want to do the wet carpet cleaning again because it takes a while to dry. They are really good though, and they did a really good job. It's not because of them, I'm just not sure if I want that type of cleaning done again. If I did, I would use them."

"The owner Bill came out to assess the remediation required after a sewer pipe leak in our basement. He explained what needed to be done and was honest about the fact that a homeowner DIY remediation was within the EPA guidelines for the amount of damage that needed to be fixed. He provided recommendations and didn't charge me a penny. We referred him to some neighbors who also happened to have water damage at the same time, they hired the company and seem satisfied with the result. In the meantime, Bill even came over to help assess my progress on the DIY and provided additional advice while he was working with the neighbors. I'd definitely hire this company if I had another similar situation requiring more in-depth remediation."

"They are a very efficient cleaning company specializing in apartment cleaning and the thing I love the most is they use eco-friendly products thoroughly cleaning with my dog there. The carpet was perfect like brand new. They cleaned my oven until it was sparkling. They are very affordable. I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again."

"I used Elite Cleaning for over 2 years. Initially the quality was satisfactory but the quality gradually diminished over time. My main issue with Elite was their inability to adhere to a schedule. The time we agreed on was between 1 and 2 pm. One week they would arrive at 3 pm and the next week at 11 am. The final straw was when they showed up at 9 am. I was not at home. My husband who is disabled was upstairs. They proceeded to knock and ring the door bell for 10 minutes. My husband finally made it to the door and sent them away. When I returned home I sent an email to the manager and told him we no longer were going to use their services. He apologized profusely and said he would send them back at 1 pm and there would be no charge because of the inconvenience. They never showed up and I never used their services again."
