"Prime Appliance Services was phenomenal. I worked with Ara the owner who was delightful. He arrived on time with a smile on his face. He determined the problem with my refrigerator quickly. He showed me the part that was needed on his phone. He showed my the price of that part and then gave me a quote. As such there was no hidden markup of that part and his service fee was beyond reasonable and has a 90 day guarantee. If you are looking for professionalism, skill and honest pricing this is your company. I will never look for another company again. If I could give him a ten I would. I can not say enough about how pleased I am. Search no further you will not find better. Thank you Ara, you are the very best."
