He gave us a timeline for his work and maintained it throughout his work. He patiently explained the operation of the entire system to my wife and me (both 80+ years old). "Ours was a very complicated job as a prior contractor had botched our home theater installation and we were not able to use the system.  None of several other installers we called could determine why.  Satellite and Cable Solutions patiently worked through our equipment and found the problem.
