"Fil and his crew did an excellent job remodeling my bathroom; tile from flor to ceiling, floor tile, new plumbing and sink installation. He and his crew were prompt and professional, starting two days after Christmas. Condo is a historic building that had hidden issues related to previous renovation. Schedule was impacted by unanticipated changes, but the crew worked until everything was completed. Cost was reasonable, too include a change order for an emergency repair unrelated to the bath remodel. Fil was responsive to my questions and provided cost saving recommendations. I will definitely use Rocca again!"

In addition to the bathrooms, LG ended up doing new siding & windows, new wood laminate & carpet flooring, new kitchen cabinets and backsplash, as well as drywall repair and fresh paint to help finish up our remodel. Luis was great about keeping the work within our budget and overall pretty responsive throughout the 5 months our extensive remodel took."
