Home ownership is new to me, and I had no clue as to where to start. So, I just started googling and I had several so called â expertsâ come by and give me quotes any where from $8,000 to $14,000, and I was told so many different stories. Well, I decided to go on Angi (formerly known as Angieâ s List) and that is how I came across Ontime Piping And Heating. Matty (Matthew Mirabile) walked in and assessed the situation in absolutely no time. He was very professional, knowledgeable and confident. He took his time explaining what was needed and made sure I understood. He made his offer, which was very fair, and I did not feel like he was trying to take me for a loop because I was a woman. By the time he left I knew this was the guy for the job. I even had some one offer to do the job for $500 less, but I decided to stay with Ontime Piping And Heating because I had already given my word and after meeting with Matty I just knew this was the right decision. It was the best decision I made. Matty sent his guys in and handled the entire job in one day. Matty handled every single aspect of the entire process from taking out the old equipment and discarding to purchasing and installing (top quality equipment I must say there were no shorts there) the new equipment to the electrician. It was definitely a team process, and every single member of the team was knowledgeable, confident, professional and pleasant. The area was cleaned up and the new equipment is sitting nice and pretty. Ontime Piping And Heating has a customer for life. I will most definitely recommend Ontime Plumbing And Heating to anyone and everyone. This day and time finding these types of businesses with some type of integrity is hard to come by. "When I called the office I spoke to Nancy and I told her I found them on Angie's list. I told her my problem and she said that she will get someone and call me back. She called back right away tell me that Jay will be here in fifteen minutes. Jay showed up right away and whet through the problem. He informed me that it will cost $125.00 either way if I hired him or not, I told him Nancy went over everything with me. He checked the dishwasher to make sure it was the problem.which it was not. He had to cut the wall open to fine that the metal pipe had holes in it, which he showed me. We went over a price to fix it and I felt it was reasonably. He worked for four hours fixing the pipe, he showed me everything he was doing. He cleaned up after he was finished and took all trash with him. Jay as well as Nancy was very professional and informed me about everything before starting. I will use them agai.n."
