Anthony responded immediately, said he'd be over in an hour to an hour and a half (which he was) and he and his assistant Eric promptly and expertly replaced all the pipes after consulting with us to describe the problem (the other pipes had also deteriorated over the years and were ready to sprout leaks as well, something I had also noticed when examining the first leaky pipe). "Jimmy is a true professional with a solid work ethic. I was given a clear quote for the work and a thorough explanation of what needed to be done. I would certainly call them again for any future plumbing work. We decided to go with JRS Maintenance for a leak in our cast iron water pipes, which later turned into a bigger job. The nearby pipes were already showing signs of decay, so after an honest conversation with Jimmy, we just settled on changing that whole section leading up to the small leak with PVC (a much-needed upgrade). He arrived on time and made sure to call in advance. The old plumbing came with some concerns, which were shared in advance, but overall the job went smoothly. No doubt due to Jimmy’s skills and experience. Overall, the job didn't break the bank and ended up saving us a big headache. Glad I chose JRS."
