They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. He was so busy that he didn't have time to respond but he was professional enough to send me an email and apologize for not being as responsive as I would have liked him to have been. He knows the law and what he could and could not do. He wouldn't operate under the table. His price was good. The only reason I used another company was because of their responsiveness. He may have been so busy that he couldn't respond as quickly as some of the smaller guys."
