I was told they mainly do fireplaces and do not provide this service but recommended Jeffrey. Jeffrey contacted me within 30 min, on the Saturday afternoon before Memorial Day! A couple hours later, the grill was fixed and the brats were cooking! The owner of Plano Masonry and Chimney was awesome, going out of his way to help us. He also jumped through our Mortgage Companies hoops to get the job done. The workers did the roof in a day and a half and cleaned up after themselves. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. "The initial estimation was very through and descriptive.  Was very patient and helpful when my choice of color was rejected by the HOA and had to resubmit.  Crew was very polite and did a great job. ( They even cleaned up my dog's mess in the back yard - sorry...)  The owner personally followed up and did walk through inspection after the work was completed, and offered to repair the chimney damage ( due to aging )  that his crew discovered while installing the roof.

He was so busy that he didn't have time to respond but he was professional enough to send me an email and apologize for not being as responsive as I would have liked him to have been. He knows the law and what he could and could not do. He wouldn't operate under the table. His price was good. The only reason I used another company was because of their responsiveness. He may have been so busy that he couldn't respond as quickly as some of the smaller guys."
