"The service man was great. Unfortunately, the office staff had wrong information and they do not work on eternal water heaters because that company is out of business. At some point, we will need to replace this tankless water heater and when we do, we will call baker brothers to come back and install a Rheem."

"Tyler came in and immediately said the fly issue wasn't from a broken or separated pipe under the slab. He checked the bottom of the toilet and found a small leak. Removing the toilet showed the flange was installed incorrectly 23 years ago by another plumber which caused the flange to break and cause the leak. Adam came in to replace the flange and install a new updated toilet. His photos confirmed that the flange was installed correctly and the toilet works great. I highly recommend Mother Modern Plumbing. They are at the top of our list for any future needs."

"Not a repair. Replaced water heater. The old water heater was not in good enough condition to repair."

"I had a water leak in my house for over 10 days and two previous plumbers were not able to locate. Within 30 minutes Mike found the source of the leak and repaired it. I will definitely be using his services in the future as well as recommending to anyone who needs plumbing services."

"My sink would not drain properly, they came out and fixed the issue as well as installed new fixtures and even cleaned the work area nicely afterwards. I recommend this company!"

"Appreciated the professionalism and explanation of the repair."

"ARS Rescue Rooters has very courteous,, knowledgeable and friendly plumbers! Their system of handling customers from the first call to the exit interview kept me completely informed on everything. I called at 11am and they arrived at 1pm. Customer Service Reps were wonderful! They called to verify the time of arrival was still acceptable as well as asked if we were eligible for Senior or Veteran discounts, they atomically applied the current coupon being offered which, at the time, was an even larger discount than the ones we were eligible to receive. A refreshing approach to saving customers on discounts without having to ask, know about or shop around. Instead they asked me and applied the best discount they had to offer on the work that needed to be done. We had utilized this companyâ s services when we bought our new water heater from Lowes. Their pricing was for everything needed to do an excellent complete installation without any â extra surprises.â They did not disappoint. So, we decided to try their services when we had a plumbing issue. Once again we were EXTREMELY PLEASED with every facet of the companyâ s customer friendly yet efficient process. It was clear that the employees were content in their positions and enjoyed what they were doing, especially the plumbers. I highly recommend this company!."

"Needed a Tesla charger installed with a new electrical plug. The job was completed quickly and professionally. The office emailed everything over to me when the job was completed, it was a good experience start to finish."
