"The plumbing technicians came out as promised to assess the leak. They were both very courteous and kind and assessed the damage. I am giving three stars because they estimated the cost to be almost 250% higher than what the actual cost was to fix the issue. I am sure there are customers out there that would just accept any bid however, please get multiple beds for these projects, especially when working with this company as they will inflate the cost to take advantage of the situation. I ended up only paying for the $79 estimate."

He was also flexible on scheduling the work to match my family needs. Sergii and Pavel performed the installation exactly as planned, kept the house clean, and payed a lot of attention to the aesthetics of the visible parts of the system. "Pacific Coast Home Services charged me $450.00 on May 10th to have my Air Conditioner repaired. On July 1st when the heat wave hit San Jose my air conditioner did not work. Pacific Coast did not stand by their GUARANTEE and I had to call another company to do the repairs. Thankfully, they were an honest company and made the repairs. Pacific Coast Home Services consisted of their salesman wanting to sell me a maintenance agreement for $900 ... I should have realized at that point he was not interested in fixing my problem and asked him to leave my house !!! He did remove a few leaves from the air conditioner and clipped a few nips off a bush nearby ... there was no repair done for his billing me $450.00. I am 92 years old and feel this was ELDER ABUSE !!! DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!!"
