We are certified to install and maintain Hoot Aerobic Systems and we have teamed up with Perma-Liner to offer pipe lining solutions for those hard to reach deteriorating sewer lines. I offered to split the cost; they declined, leaving me with a water heater that now fails inspection. Their contract did not disclose this potential need, which would have changed my review. Instead, they left me with a non-compliant water heater."
