"So thankful for this plumber!!! We had a leaking/water pouring out of our shower situation where we had to turn off our water for a couple of days and desperately needed to find a good plumber. Kelly had great reviews so we called him on Monday morning and he came out within one to two hours of our call. He was able to shut the water off at our shower only…which we could not figure out how to do….so we could turn water back on to the rest of the house. My husband had ordered a needed part before Kelly came and had tinkered around with it until we had water going down the wall behind the shower head…..yikes. Once the part comes in, we will call Kelly again if my husband has issues installing it….Already making a list of other plumbing issues we need his help with in the future. They then used a pressure wash (again repeatedly) to remove much of the rust and send it downstream to the city sewer. This lengthy process requires sustained effort and application. It really paid off -- there was a visible difference in the pipes. They remained cheerful and responsive throughout. In addition to clearing the sewer main, they installed a bathroom sink faucet and replaced two valves beneath the sink. All in a day's work."

"I hired IHM to install a water heater with permit. Everything was fine until the inspection, which they FAILED. Henry sent the same technician (Andre) that did the job instead of visiting the property himself. Andre, who obviously wasn't familiar with CODE, then said relayed to Henry that the water heater model I provided wouldn't work there and that I had to buy another water heater, AND that they would charge me a higher amount to go do the job again or I would have to submit a Change of Contractor to the city. Turns out the water heater DOES VERY WELL work there but their lack of knowledge has resulted in nothing but a waste of time. CROOKS!!"
