They were available to provide same day service and I booked with them. They showed up well within the time frame they said they could and went right to work. "We had a new air conditioner installed on October 6th. Everything was great. Leonardo and Adonis were so nice and everything was so clean and neat. They were very efficient. On October 7th we had an issue and the service technician Matt Mena came out and was so great. He did everything and took care of the issue. On October 10 we had another issue and Nick Ford Field Supervisor came and took great care or us. We appreciate these guys so much. They all worked very hard for us. "I hired IHM to install a water heater with permit. Everything was fine until the inspection, which they FAILED. Henry sent the same technician (Andre) that did the job instead of visiting the property himself. Andre, who obviously wasn't familiar with CODE, then said relayed to Henry that the water heater model I provided wouldn't work there and that I had to buy another water heater, AND that they would charge me a higher amount to go do the job again or I would have to submit a Change of Contractor to the city. Turns out the water heater DOES VERY WELL work there but their lack of knowledge has resulted in nothing but a waste of time. CROOKS!!"

"The old water heater brand was AO Smith, and I told the technician I wanted the same brand because it had lasted for 20 trouble-free years. I think he agreed. But he came back with a Rheem unit. When I challenged him about that, he said he told me Rheem. It is possible that the mask may have muffled his response and I heard him wrong. Anyway, I agreed to accept the Rheem unit. When he had finished installing the unit, I noticed there was a kink in the over-temperature/pressure relief connection. When I pointed that out to him, his response was that it will work just fine. I guess he was right about that. But a true professional should never settle for such sloppy workmanship. He was kind enough to tell me that if the temperature setting needed to be changed, just let him know and he would come back and change it for me. After a few days, I felt that the temperature setting was indeed too low, and I called the company to set it higher. They responded promptly, but the technician who came was a different one and he appeared to be much more professional. After the reset the temperature setting, I mentioned the kink in the pressure relief connection and he straightened it out in less than a couple of minutes. I am writing in such detail so that the company can properly guide and train their employees, for positive improvement towards service excellence."
