"Recently, purchased a new home and was not happy with the air flow from the hvac system. Two field techs came out to look at my 20 year old system and found that the ductwork was improperly installed creating an airflow problem within the entire house. A new ductwork system was designed, adding a 2nd zone and a bypass trunk to the system. The 5 person crew arrived first thing in the morning, evaluated the system and got right to work. Before I knew it the old system was removed and the new system was being installed. Originally, I was told that it could take 2 days to remove and install the new system, but the crew did the entire job in 12 hours! Yes, they crew as onsite until 9:00 PM! The newly installed system was designed for my specific attic space and the new design makes far more sense and will provide a better flow of air throughout the home with the addition of the second zone. "Had a wonderful experience with the gentleman that came out to fix my air unit. It was not actually the unit itself, but the ductwork that goes from one side of the house to the other was in terrible condition. Definitely needed repair. Holes in it big enough to put a clothes basket in it was no wonder that It was amazing. Their service is great so I would definitely recommend them to anybody that had air-conditioning problems or plumbing problems.
