He discovered the problem immediately and explained to me exactly what was causing the issue. He then proceeded to re-wire the switch boxes properly so we would have no issues going forward. They came out, introduced themselves and put on shoe mittens before entering. I explained the situation and Francisco took the time to explain in detail their process for diagnosis.
