There was a delay in materials which changed our install date. But we worked it out and I could not be happier. The flooring came out amazing and I would definitely hire them again!"

They were punctual, efficient, and their craftsmanship was outstanding. Javier and his team were friendly and respectful. They came in and removed the old engineered wood and carpet and did so quickly and began the installation the next day. We had to stagger the install of the stairs because the materials for the stairs did not arrive until the next week. He was accommodating of the delay with no problems. "I had a difficult job for Pacific Hardwood Floors. I have Brazilian Tigerwood Engineered Hardware Floors that had raised/curled. Homeowners Insurance would not cover the damage and said the floors could not be fixed (needed replacement). I called Pacific based on prior customer reviews/ratings. They did an amazing job. They were able to change out the damaged wood (10% of the total floor space), insert the new wood and make it look seamless. The installer (Less) was a master with over 20 years experience. I cannot express my gratitude for the job he did."
