"On a Sunday, the stand pipe that drains the washing machine overflowed, we checked Angie's List and called Custom Plumbing and they sent someone within 20 minutes to cable the line, in the rain. A few days later, a camera was used to find the damaged sewer pipe and with ground radar the area was located under the foundation. Containment was set up and the crew jackhammered the foundation and dug down two feet to replaced the damaged pipe. The exavation was filled and concrete poured. The entire system was hydro-jetted. Everyone was very efficient and professional, explaining every step of the task. Thankfully, Custom Plumbing prepared the invoice for our homeowners insurance reimbursement for half the cost. I got a call that evening and they were very responsive and concerned. they were going to send someone that evening I told her next day would be fine. Kevin arrive early morning to check out the leak it was a bursted landscaping water line. was relived it wasn't the main water line. he stated they don't usually repair these water lines but the ask if there was hardware store where he could get the parts he needed. the pipe was replaced and problem fixed. Kevin was excellent knew what needed to be done even though it was out of the norm. I will definitely call ready for any plumbing issues. "

"The faucet was replaced well, just like they'd done in our master a few months earlier. The completely rebuilt toilet was running again within days. So they came back out and switched out the gasket which they hadn't done with the initial rebuild. This required a little extra work of draining the tank which hadn't been done the first time. The toilet was running again within days, They came back out and replaced the tower with a higher quality one at no additional charge. It's been a couple weeks now and the toilet seems good now. My biggest gripe is that they cut corners with the toilet rebuild (skipping gasket replace first time) yet upon speaking to the owner Al, I should be happy because they have a warranty. Another thing to be aware of is that they need to replace everything with their own parts all around to guarantee their work. Don't expect them to just change out one broken part. Our toilet innards had been replaced several times in the past 2 years but we had to do it all again with Al's."
