As winter-only residents, we are not present at this home for much of the year, and whatever rain and dust storms hit the neighborhood leave their deposits on the glass for much of the year. They answered all my questions and more. 5 months from that date I just got a small crack from a rock hitting my windshield. They are repairing for free. Doug and Stephanie put me at ease. "Highly recommended! We had our 25+ yr front windows replaced with Milgard Tuscany series windows which included difficult-to-make arch top picture windows. Initial consultations were quick, easy and efficient. Project manager and coordinators were very knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions. Project scheduler also kept us well informed and worked diligently to work within our time constraints. Installation was completed within a day (4 large windows), and stucco repair completed shortly thereafter. Again, crews were very professional and kept us informed of their progress. We will use OpenEnclose again as we continue to replace the remaining windows."

"This process went great! When we ordered someone came out to take a look at discuss all options and was very transparent about the best options and quality compared cost. No forceful feeling of upselling if unnecessary! Then we were quoted about 12-14 weeks to come in an install given all places are on back order which is reasonable and understandable. I got a call that the doors came in early! At about 8 weeks, and they had a cancellation and could install that Friday. The installation team, Dan and Vincent were fantastic, on time and did an amazing job. They cleaned up everything after the installation and no harm to anything in or outside of our home! I would recommend them for sure and will be calling Affordable windows when we need to install new windows at some point as well."

Follow up after the installation was amazing. Painters came out to fix and paint issues and we were surprised and very pleased that actually just repainted around all of the windows.
