Technician called first, came on time, repaired the problem and did extra: tightening bolts on the door, and lubricating hinges and the large spring. A different company showed up, said it was a busted motor and would cost about $500. They never even took the time to consider other options. Our door is functioning normally again. We will definitely hire again."

"The garage door was responding in hesitating manner  to  the remote control or the on/off button.  He knew the problem right away. The electrical wires leading to the light beam control were put together using hard plastic caps.  He removed them, cleaned the contacts with sand paper and put together again using electrical tape.  The contacts were corroded through the hard plastic caps.  The tape sealed them from corroding moisture.  A five minute job.  They should have a building code to require plastic tape.

He did not pressure us to incorporate unnecessary upgrades and collaborated with our homeowner's insurance for us, making the process simple, painless, and easy. The install went smoothly. They were able to install earlier than estimated (by about 2 weeks) and the crew worked very efficiently, completing the work in about 5-6 hours. My only minor complaint is that they left the trailer full of debris in our driveway until about 7pm that evening, even though they were done around 12:30pm. Even at that point though, we texted Darryl and he quickly got a crew out to remove the trailer for us. Even when they made a mistake, they were very quick to correct it.
