"I worked with Perry and Dave Willis GCI they did an amazing job they built a two-story Edition with a full basement and in-laws quarters a wheelchair ramp all necessary plumbing and electrical Ada handicap bathroom for my mother-in-law and they were amazing they got together with us they actually listened to our needs they brought their architect out we paid the architect directly and these guys handled everything from Soup To Nuts A to Z we didn't have a problem with inspections with the township we didn't have any problems with them or their employees they were really really amazing we're having a front porch built now the permits are in process and we cannot wait to have it done I would recommend this company 1 billion percent and now my two neighbors are going to use them for a kitchen and bathroom and basement renovations I am very impressed"

This summer we took on a very large outdoor project which included an inground gunite pool, paver pool deck, fire pit, paver patio with an outdoor kitchen and bar, and a 20 x 20 covered deck with a fireplace. We used 3 separate contractors for each phase of our project. Despite a minor setback in scheduling due to Covid, Keystone understood the magnitude of our project and how one phase affected the other. "Chip was truly great to work with.  He spent considerable time with me to provide the estimate and discuss options for different approaches to doing the kitchen work.  Chip was always pleasant to talk with and provided regular updates on scheduling and the progress of the job.  Some of the work was subcontracted, but Chip worked with the subcontractors to manage the cost. This was especially important for the plumbing work where all of the preparation was done by Chip so the plumber didn't have to spend any more time than necessary.  Chip takes pride in the quality of his estimates (time and material) so when he found he had underestimated part of the job, he even deducted the additional cost.   Chip also provided some ongoing advice and feedback to me on work in my home that I had done by a painting contractor as part of an unrelated job - definitely above and beyond what I expected!  I would have no hesitation about working with Chip again in the future.  His title of "coach" is well earned.  I felt like Chip coached me throughout the work so that I was always well informed and involved in the decision making. <br> <br> <br> <br>"
